extremely helpful and service-minded staff and the place was clean. beautiful location among vineyards, in the very nice surrounding area. plus, 15 minutes drive from bastian mathis. comfy bed, spacious bathroom and a mini bar fridge, an individual safe, and central heating in the room. the pleasant view to valley from its windows.

The service was great, the staff was excellent and friendly, the room was well-kept, and the bathroom was fantastic; also, the pool was outstanding, and there was convenient onsite parking available.

The website was misleading. We booked at the schloss berg to stay in the schloss berg not in a ulta modern hotel building beside the schloss berg. We were not happy and the ad was misleading. We will never stay there again.

Spa and wellness are at a very high quality level, the location next to the vineyard of Karl Petgen is fabulous and gives appetite to try his wines

The service is the best we have ever experienced. All of the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, courteous without being intrusive, each member of staff made us feel individually valued and welcome

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, nice wellness, sauna and pool area.

Not very family friendly, they have a regulation that during the weekend kids may go to the pool until 3pm only. With the arrival time of 3pm it is not managable. Therefore If you have kids and intend to go there just for a weekend then we would not recommend it. Besides, this regulation cannot be found in the hotel description.

fantastic junior suites, excellent food that is hard to match

The staff was very friendly and attentive, always quick to help. I loved our stay in the double room with a fantastic view of the Mosel, a balcony, and comfortable beds.
